Croithlí – Sessile – Single Malt – Quercus Petraea – the ‘Irish Oak’, most commonly used for brandy and wine production. We’ve chosen to source the wood from Slovenia which is synonymous with Italian wine production and is traditionally said to impart a slightly sweeter characteristic than their French counterparts. ABV 46%
