An Exclusive Collaboration with
Dick Mack’s Brewhouse, Dingle
The Irish Whiskey Society Dingle Chapter are delighted to announce the latest collaboration between Walsh Whiskey and Dick Mack’s pub. This new Irishman whiskey has had a very interesting journey through the wood. A single Walsh marsala cask was filled with Dick Mack’s peated red ale in March 2020 and left to rest until September 2020. Thereupon it commenced its return to Walsh whiskey whereupon it was filled with a Walsh Founders Reserve the following day.
