New, Award winning Distillery exclusive, Roe & Co Japanese Sugi, is a premium blended Irish whiskey finish, a rare flavour exploration born out of technical experimentation with Japanese Sugi wood.

• A first in Irish whiskey, this exciting new whiskey showcases a unique wood type, Japanese Sugi, as well as a maturation process never before seen within the category.
• The wood used for the elongated bungs is an aromatic, lightly toasted Japanese Sugi, known for its highly active porous nature, which imparts a tangible spice and toasted sandalwood notes throughout.
• Also adding layers of flavour notes including lychee, pineapple mint and orris root.
• These unique flavour notes are layered with the backbone of our Roe & Co Blended Irish whiskey, such as vanilla, toffee and spiced orchard fruits. It’s a journey for the senses.
