Kilkerran – 16 Year Old – Single Malt – this Kilkerran has been predominantly matured in ex-Bourbon barrels (96%) with another 4% being aged in ex-Madeira casks. The result is a whisky that reflects the true character of the distillery with the spirit character really shining through. ABV 46%

Nose – We are welcomed to this dram with notes of Iberico ham on the nose, along with notes of tinned pineapple, green apples and demerara sugar.
Palate – The palate has a coastal note reminiscent of the seaside and shingle beaches, along with hints of lemon yoghurt, ground pepper and a touch of peat smoke.
Finish – There is a freshness in the finish and the peat smoke influence endures in notes of toasted marshmallows.
